Using a Pivot Hardware with door track

A pivot may be used with door track systems in order

To help increase the door weight of the system.
or
To offer a folding door option to systems that
do not have one.

The Top pivot Mounted traditionall, however,
will stop the door from folding flat to the wall (C)
so you need to either

If the System has a top pivot

use the top pivot from the system
and the heavy duty bottom pivot (B)

If the System does not offer a top pivot

Install the top of the pivot perpendicular to the track
as shown on the left (D)
creating door layout (B)

Install the top pivot bracket reversed
creating a 5 1/2" pivot point (A)

Trap a second roller above the pivot
by drilling and tapping the track to lock the
roller in place and use as the top pivot (B)
and use the heavy duty bottom pivot
